Today i felt adventurous and wanted to make the famous Bakerella cake balls. Its red velvet cake then you cool them and coat them in chocolate. Sounds easy right?? Ha no way Jose. Making them into balls is by far the hardest part. They just break apart and just don't look good so I finally just gave up doing them with my hands and got the cookies scooper. That was much easier but I don't know if the will hold up. They are in the refrigerator right now and i will get them out at 6:30 to dip in chocolate. If they don't rock my socks off I will never ever try to make them again. But we will see how they turn out.
Will post pictures after dipped in chocolate!!!
